My dad sent me a 12-week training program to follow leading up to the Half-Marathon in September. It includes runs of 10 miles+. I can do this right?
In other news, my run today was about 3 miles! So I can do a 5k. I’m running tomorrow and going to do another 3 mile run.
Weird I’m training for a race. But LET’S DO THIS.

I have 119 days, 13 hours, and 15 minutes as of this post to train for the Chicago Half-Marathon in September.
I don’t know what’s gotten into me but I like it. Time to get motivated and get myself in shape!
I can do this, right?
Goals before the half:
1. Run 2 miles straight in about 18min or less
2. Run a 5K race
3. Run more than 5 miles straight
4. Run a 10K race
5. Run 8 miles
6. Run 10 miles
7. Run the half-marathon
LET’S DO THIS

I have my alarm set to wake up at 9:00am on a morning/day I have zero classes to wake up and go for a run then start my day with studying.
WHO HAVE I BECOME? Is this what adulthood feels like?
Whatever this is, I like it. Let’s keep it going.

BREAKING: Obama embraces marriage equality
OBAMA: I’ve just concluded that for me personally it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married.
Boom. Biden’d.
He just won 2012.
